Reader Review: "Codependency is an American term, and often used to describe those who are in a relationship (friend, partner, partner, sibling) with someone who has an addiction. This book was really good for working through your ‘codependency’ as it is common that you may have been focusing on the person with the addiction rather than yourself. It gives you tips as well as suggesting exercises. It isn’t particularly dealing with the death of a loved one, and contains American-isms, but it is good."
